First off, ISK isn't your problem. Well it will be if you keep losing ships heh.
Secondly, know your weapons and the ammo. Anti-matter cuts your optimum range by like 50%... so you can't shoot as far and rail-guns are long range weapons. If anything you should be having around a 10-15km range on those guns, but if the target gets within like 5km distance from you, you won't be able to hit em as often for as much.
Always keep moving. The more you move, the harder it is for someone or something to hit you. Traversing and all.
Spend the time to get at least Drone 2 and Scout drone 2. This will give you 2 drones (if you have the bay to support it, and I think the Bantam does), and a range of 35km with those drones. Light and medium scout drones are excellent for taking down drones and frigates, which is what you are fighting.
Back to the know your weapons bit... Know your enemy. If you are fighting drones, dont use railguns. The drones will close the distance on you fast. They have a perma MWD or something. They will also orbit you at a distance of 1000 meters to 2000 meters. This is the perfect range for Blasters with anti-matter ammo. Although I would recommend Thorium as it is a good balance in my opinion.
Train, train, train...
If you are caldari remember that the majority of your ships will not support as many drones as the other races and they will have more missile capability than any other race. This does not mean to neglect your gunnery, but keep that in mind as you go on to your career in EVE.
Learning skills... once you get to a comfy spot in a ship (probably a cruiser) or mining, train up your learning skills at least to level 3.. then after cruiser train them all up to level 5 until you can afford the advanced skills. It will be worth the month it takes to train. Train memory then intelligence then the others. It will be worth it as it will shave DAYS and even months off of your total training time.
